| Wade Bowcutt asks Jeffrey Pettingill how the Diffuse Knapweed affect the river bottom and the wildlife. Jeffrey notes that the South Fork of the Snake River is probably one of "The Prestige" areas for fly fishing. It has a world wide reputation. It is also very good habitat for hunting white tailed and mule deer and elk. He holds up a turkey feather and notes that recently they have released wild turkeys. However, he states that as we start removing the food supplies with these noxious weeds, the animals will start migrating out. Without food their numbers will also start declining.
