Roger Batt, Idaho Weed Awareness Campaign Coordinator and Brian Wilbur, Ada County Weed Superintendent are standing in the Boise foothills on the outskirts of the city. Roger mentions that noxious weeds don't know any boundaries and here the Rush Skeleton weed is an example of one of the weeds that are threatening Idaho's lands. Roger asks Brian if it is true that it is estimated there are 4 and 1/2 million acres of this weed in Idaho? Brian responds that estimate may be 15 years old and the amount has probably grown since then.
Note that there are several video "hot spots" available which provide a lot more detailed information.
